本来是想写一个反代 Worker 的，结果问了 AI 后才发现 Cloudflare 的各种规定其实还是挺严的

2.2.1 Restrictions
- 优选 IP
(b) interfere with, disrupt, alter, or modify the Services or any part thereof, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks (including Cloudflare’s peering partners’ networks) or services connected to the Services, including, but not limited to, causing (whether directly or indirectly) traffic for your Cloudflare-proxied domain to be sent to an IP address that was not assigned by Cloudflare for the domain;
(b) 干扰、破坏、更改或修改本服务或其任何部分，或对本服务及其连接的网络（包括 Cloudflare 的对等合作伙伴网络）或服务造成过度负担，包括但不限于（直接或间接地）导致您的 Cloudflare 代理域名的流量被发送至未由 Cloudflare 为该域名分配的 IP 地址；

这条明确的禁止了任何 IP 优选行为啊
不过我倒是没看到几个因为优选所以被封的
- 使用来自 Cloudflare 的材料
(d) utilize any framing techniques to enclose any Cloudflare trademark, logo, service mark, or other trade dress (“Cloudflare Marks”) or Materials (defined below) or use any meta tags or other “hidden text” utilizing the Cloudflare Marks or Materials without Cloudflare’s written consent
(d) 使用任何框架技术来嵌入 Cloudflare 商标、标识、服务标志或其他商业外观（“Cloudflare 标志”）或材料（定义见下文），或在未获得 Cloudflare 书面同意的情况下，在元标签或其他“隐藏文本”中使用包含 Cloudflare 标志或材料的内容
所以自己的网站或服务不能有 Cf 的图标什么的（话说之前好像就见过有人因为这个导致项目被拿下的）
- VPN 和代理
(j) use the Services to provide a virtual private network or other similar proxy services.
(j) 使用服务提供虚拟专用网络或其他类似的代理服务。
这是 2024 年 12 月 3 日 新加的，禁止例如 EdgeTunnel（使用 Worker 模拟实现 Vless 和 Trojan 协议作为代理服务器）这样的直接把 Cf 的服务当代理用的
但光提 VPN 和（类似的）代理，并没有明确规定哪种程度才算违规
那 cf-proxy-ex 这种代理网页的算违规吗
2.5.4
- 侵犯版权、知识产权
By transmitting Customer Content to or through the Services, you represent and warrant that Customer Content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
通过向服务传输客户内容或通过服务传输客户内容，您声明并保证该客户内容不侵犯、违反或不当使用任何第三方权利，包括但不限于版权、商标、专利、商业秘密、人身权、隐私权、公开权或任何其他知识产权或专有权利。
例如 LibreTV 、MoonTV 之类的项目实际上违反了这一条，如果你部署了也很有可能被波及到
还有比如托管了一些盗版资源站、游戏站之类的也同样

- 巨额用量
Cloudflare may monitor and inspect the traffic on the Cloudflare network, including any related logs, as necessary to perform the Services or protect the security or integrity of Cloudflare’s network.
Cloudflare 可能会监控和检查 Cloudflare 网络上的流量（包括任何相关日志），以履行服务或保护 Cloudflare 网络的安全性和完整性。

Cloudflare reserves the right to disable or limit your access to or use of the CDN, or to limit your End Users’ access to certain of your resources through the CDN, if you use or are suspected of using the CDN without such Paid Services to serve video or a disproportionate percentage of pictures, audio files, or other large files.
如果您在未使用上述付费服务的情况下通过 CDN 分发视频，或分发过高水平的图片、音频文件或其他大型文件，或被怀疑存在此类行为，Cloudflare 有权停用或限制您对 CDN 的访问或使用，或限制您的最终用户通过 CDN 访问您部分资源。
不管是 Worker、Pages 还是 R2 之类的服务都没有明确限制流量
所以你如果大量跑流量肯定要被拿下的
